The Many Faces of D*FACE

DFACE Shop Door

Faces of D*FACE

D*FACE grew up in London, England and uses spay paint, stencils, posters and stickers in his works. D*FACE was brought to Japan for his exhibit at the PARCO Department store in Shibuya. Here is a video of D*FACE working on one of the common public graffiti spots FAKE TOKYO (works here get changed ever couple months, so catch them while you can).

On the D*FACE Official website, he states that he wants to “encourage people to not just to ‘see’, but to look at what surrounds them and their lives, reflecting our increasingly bizarre popular culture…”

Check out more of D*FACE’s works, bio, and his store (to spread the many faces in your city and around the globe) at http://www.dface.co.uk/ and his instagram.

Many of his stickers are found throughout the city of Tokyo, especially off the streets of Shibuya. Remember to look high and low.
