1. Lin Cheng and I created a video to post on youtube for our pre-assessment activity. Sign selfies were used to pose the question in a creative manner. I wrote the script, took the pictures and used iMovie to edit the short video.
I also gathered the selfies that our classmates sent and edited the pictures into a class video for our teaching lesson.
Some aspects used were: subject was framed well, lit and clearly visible, well composed frames, audio /music was clear, titles were used effectively, and transitions were effective.
2. In the micro-teaching lesson, I helped brainstorm the ideas to be included in the how to video. Youmna did the filming and voice over and I viewed the video and gave feedback for the final cut.
Reflection: I really enjoy videography and liked editing the footage together on the student led lesson. I look forward to using my resources and knowledge in the corporate world for training and consumer education.
