Figure 1: Driving through Traffic
Demographics
Columbus, Ohio is the 14th largest city in the U.S. and houses the 3rd largest public university in the country. Every day, people commute across the city in various ways to get somewhere. The most common ways are COTA, personal vehicles, taxi or Uber, bikes, and walking.
Problem
The biggest problem in Columbus is the on-road traffic. This big issue is the root to many minor problems such as car accidents, pedestrian safety, parking availability, and people being late to commitments.
Solution
We will alleviate the problem of traffic by introducing a new mode of public transportation superior to current alternatives.
