The initial focus groups have been conducted, and the transcripts have been analyzed.

The focus group information is being used to develop items for the measure. These items will undergo expert review and focus group pilot testing and feedback. The items will be modified as needed from these reviews, and the resulting measure will be initially tested during Phase II.
