Hello, my name is Dana Tabbaa. I am a senior at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business specializing in both Finance and Real Estate. I’m from Independence, Ohio – a small town right outside of Cleveland.
I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people, which is why I tried to be as involved as possible when I started a new chapter of my life at OSU in Autumn of 2016. My first semester began with my participation in the Fisher Early Arrival Program and soon enough, I became a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and CHAARG. My involvement at OSU advanced as I became a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon – Gamma Nu, Gamma lota Sigma, Fisher International Friends, the Risk Management Association, Fisher Real Estate Society, and FisherCares – organizations of which I am grateful I joined as they have taught me so much and allowed me to thrive as an individual. I decided to pursue Global Option because I knew that it would enable me to be a more well-rounded and versed individual. I’ve always aspired to be the best version of myself I could be and to challenge myself in new ways. I knew that pursuing the Global Option would provide me opportunities unlike any other program. To be given the chance to work abroad, network in the global business world, and develop new cultural skills was something I simply could not pass up.
