CFAES’ Gwynne Conservation Area is hosting three series of talks during Farm Science Review—Woodlands, Wildlife and Aquatics, and Forages and Grazing—and a highlight of each series will be a live 30-minute session with professionals working in that industry. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and get answers from experts who know what you’re talking about.

Farmers: Learn ways to meet the growing demand for lamb meat at Ohio Sheep Day. It’s July 14 at CFAES’s Eastern Agricultural Research Station.
Want amazing grazing? That leaves your farm in sound condition in terms of the green and the green — economics and the environment? Bob Hendershot, retired Natural Resources Conservation Service grazing management specialist, and Jeff McCutcheon, an educator with CFAES’s outreach arm, OSU Extension, will share what you should know in a series of detailed sessions. “Pasture for Profit I-IV,” Saturday, Feb. 14, and Sunday, Feb. 15, at the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association’s 36th annual conference.
