Destiny Allen and Celina Laframboise, both majoring in CFAES’s Environment, Economy, Development and Sustainability (EEDS) program, will spend a week this summer on Andros Island in the Bahamas. There they’ll study the island’s environment due to the generosity of two Columbus-area green-business owners. Steve Grossman, president and CEO of Creative Green Marketing, and Meg MacLeod of IndustrialBags.com recently won all-expense paid trips to the island. But they decided instead to gift the trips to the EEDS program in the form of two study abroad scholarships for outstanding students.
