About Me

IMG_0743copy

Hi, my name is Eric Sun and I’m part of the Class of 2020. I was born and raised in Grove City, a small suburb of Columbus. I have always loved playing basketball and I have played music for most of my life. In college I will continue to play basketball for fun with my friends but I am unsure at this point whether I will continue to play music as a hobby.
In high school I was involved in Student Government, National Honor Society, Key Club, Rotary Club, Diversity Club, In The Know, and Marching Band. I spent a lot of my time in the marching band, volunteering through various high school groups, and planning or taking part in school events through my clubs. I am a National Merit Scholar and also an AP Scholar with Distinction. I’ve always been an avid learner and my favorite subjects growing up were Math and English. I learn best by writing things down and recording them myself to get them ingrained into my mind.
I am a part of OSU’s Fisher College of Business currently undecided in a specialization. I am also a part of the Business Honors Learning Community and I am looking forward to the opportunities this will provide me. I want to continue my academic success and make many new connections during my time here at OSU. I want to graduate with honors and eventually get my master’s degree. While I’m nervous for this new chapter of my life I am also very excited for this experience and I look forward to making the most of my time at The Ohio State University.
