Thanksgiving Week: Library and Building Hours

That time of year is fast approaching already! Between your plans for Beat Michigan Week and the Thanksgiving holiday, your time for studying for the fast-approaching finals week may get lost in the shuffle. To help things stay on track, below is a summary of changes in hours for many of the spaces on campus for the week of November 23rd-November 29th:

Veterinary Medicine Library: 8:00am-5:00pm

All other buildings and libraries: normal Hours, but subject to activity of Mirror Lake jump.

Wednesday, November 26th:

18th Aveune Library: 12:00am-5:00pm

Architecture Library: 8:00am-5:00pm

Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum: 9:00am-5:00pm (Sullivant Hall building subject to early closure)

Biological Sciences / Pharmacy Library: 8:30am-5:00pm

Fine Arts Library: 9:00am-5:00pm

Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences Library (Howlett Hall Room 322): 9:00am-5:oopm (Howlett Hall building subject to early closure)

Health Sciences Library: 7:30 am to 4:45 pm

Moritz Law Library: 7:15am-5:00pm

Music/Dance Library: 10:00am-2:oopm (Rest of 18th Avenue Library, including 2nd floor Music/Dance study space and stacks, open 12:00am-5:00pm)

Thompson Library: 7:30am-5:00pm (with Reference Services closed and Special Collections open from 9:00am-4:00pm)

Veterinary Medicine Library: 8:00am-5:00pm

RPAC: 5:30am-8:00pm

Thursday, November 27th:

All libraries and academic buildings closed.

Ohio Union: open for thanksgiving Dinner

Friday, November 28th:

18th Avenue Library: 8:00am-5:00pm

Moritz Law Library: 9:00am-5:00pm

Ohio Union: Closed

RPAC: 10:00am-4:00pm

All other libraries and academic buildings closed.

Saturday: November 29th:

18th Avenue Library: 12:00am-12:00am (resumes to 24 hour operation)

Health Sciences Library: 10:00am-5:45pm

Moritz Law Library: 9:00am-5:00pm

Thompson Library: 8:00am-10:00pm

Ohio Union: 9:00am-1:00am

RPAC: 10:00am-6:00pm

Looking for a large, quite space on South Campus to study, but is the Thompson Library too crowded? Try the Health Sciences Library in Prior Hall. Featuring hundreds of study desks, including quiet study areas, there’s something for everyone. Plus, there’s amenities like a campus dining location (The Caffeine Element) on the first floor, and a Digital Union on the 4th floor.
