Pelotonia was established with the soul objective to fund life-saving cancer research. All dollars raised by Pelotonia riders, virtual riders and volunteers goings directly to fund cancer research at The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute. The Pelotonia Silent Auction was created to allow staff members, family, and friends to be involved in fundraising for the yearly Pelotonia event. This year’s Silent Auction will be held July 21st -23rdon the third floor, room 3044, of the Ohio Union. Please join us this week for a chance to win some of the unique items we have at this year’s Silent Auction.
How it works: A Silent Auction is a type of sealed-bid auction. Bidders submit written bids without knowing the bid of the other people in the auction. The highest bidder wins but the price paid is the second highest bid.
