Theatre
We offer a popular Introduction to Theatre course as well as courses in acting, directing, dance, design and technical theatre, multicultural theatre, and television criticism. We produce three mainstage shows each year, several youth productions, and varying numbers of student-directed and student-written projects. Anyone can audition for all shows or participate backstage. Students can receive course credit for participation in these shows, as well as other production-based projects in the department.

Art
Students may take elective courses in art or begin work towards a BA or BFA degree in Studio Art on the Mansfield Campus. Our visual art facilities include a digital art lab, wet darkroom, drawing studio, ceramics facilities with capabilities for gas and electric firing, and a gallery that showcases contemporary artists from around the world.

Pearl Conard Art Gallery
Funded in the mid-1980s by a gift from the John and Pearl Conard Foundation, the Pearl Conard Art Gallery at The Ohio State University at Mansfield hosts an exciting series of exhibitions each year. For more information, please visit u.osu.edu/pcagallery
Music
The Department of Music sponsors a University Chorus that performs both on and off campus. Any member of the campus community is invited to join. University Chorus can be taken repeatedly for credit, although it can also be taken by noncredit participants. It is not necessary to major in music to become a member of University Chorus.
