Students seeking accommodations on the basis of a permanent or temporary disability are asked to meet with the Coordinator, Disability Services, in the Conard Learning Center. After an initial interview, a course of action can be recommended. Individuals eligible for services include those with medical, mobility, hearing, visual, speech, psychiatric, or learning disabilities. Disability accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis and may include advocacy, priority scheduling, extended time for exams, distraction-reduced test environment, textbooks in non-print format, use of assistive technology software, note-taking assistance, testing on computer, and referral to math and writing labs. Appointments can be made by calling (419) 755-4304. For more information, please visit the website at: mansfield.osu.edu/ods.
