Hello there! I completed my bachelors at New York University in 2012, and my masters in psychology at The Ohio State University in 2017. Broadly speaking, I am interested how we perceive those around us, both behaviorally and physically, and how the outside world can influence these perceptions. My current work focuses on how we imagine the faces of those we have never met, and how those representations are susceptible to stereotypes. Specifically, I am examining how threats to one’s sense of self can motivate us to create stereotypical mental representations of others, and the downstream legal and public policy ramifications this might hold.
