About Me

My name is Zach Spangler, and I am a freshman originally from Centerville, Ohio currently specializing in Finance within the Max M. Fisher College of Business. I am a third-generation Buckeye along with my brother who is a junior studying Mechanical Engineering. I am a dedicated and responsible student eager for the next challenge. Throughout my first year here at Ohio State, my main mission was to get involved in extracurricular activities that aligned with my interests. I am a member of the Business Scholars Program where I take part in leadership development trainings, team building exercises, service engagements, and company site visits. I also volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of Columbus where I tutor and mentor inner city children to demonstrate the importance of continued education. In addition, I am a finance / marketing student employee at The Ohio State University Trademark and Licensing Services. Lastly, I am also a project associate within Student Consulting for Non-Profit Organizations (SCNO) where I work in a team to provide free consulting services to primarily local area nonprofits.
