I created a very simple map to show where the 5 largest producing countries are in the world. In 2013, the United States produced the most with 89.48 million metric tons of soybeans. The second largest producer of soybeans was Brazil. Brazil, who’s agricultural industry is really starting to boom produced 81. 72 million metric tons in 2013. The third largest producer of soybeans is Argentina. Argentina produced 49.31 million metric tons in 2013. China and India were the last two countries on my map and they produced 11.95 million metric tons in 2013.
