I chose my running shoes as my artifact because I run almost everyday after class to relieve stress. Running allows me to focus on my work for the rest of the day and clear my head. Also, on my running shoes there is a tag that says “she believed she could so she did” and I use that as a reminder in my academic career to set my goals high and go for them.
