For the first time this year, admitted students from the new class of 2024 will have an opportunity to visit campus one more time before making a school choice and/or beginning the OD program in the fall of 2020. The purpose of Second Look Day is to influence and reinforce admitted students’ decisions to matriculate into our OD program. At the time of the event, some attendees could still be weighing the pros/cons of multiple optometry school offers.
If you’re interested in volunteering for this event, email Jen Bennett at bennett.1075@osu.edu. We can easily work around your involvement with the BSK mock-practical occurring on the same day. Volunteers may choose to sit on a student panel as well as answer incoming student questions at an afternoon reception.
