Transportation

AIR
John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) is the closest airport to SMH2019. The conference site is about 15 minutes from the airport, downtown. There is taxi service available outside of baggage claim, please make sure your driver knows you are going to the HILTON COLUMBUS DOWNTOWN, as there are several Hilton hotels in far-apart neighborhoods.
Uber and Lyft are also options.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE AIRPORT:  the COTA AirConnect service runs every half hour between the airport and downtown, and stops at the Hilton Downtown, the Hyatt Regency, and the Crowne Plaza Downtown. $2.75 each way, you can pay cash on the bus, or else purchase tickets in the airport terminal or the Convention Center (for your return journey). For more information, please refer to the COTA website.

LAND
Columbus is served by Greyhound and Baron’s Bus services (unfortunately, MegaBus is no longer in Columbus).

PARKING
Hilton Columbus Downtown: Self-park ($28/day), valet ($30/day)
Hyatt Regency: Self-park ($20/day), valet ($33/day)
Crowne Plaza: Valet only ($28/day)

Other daily parking at the Greater Columbus Convention Center runs between $12 and $40/day. There are few surface lots, and almost no street parking in downtown Columbus. The Convention Center allows for prepaid parking in several of their garages, reservable through their website.
Parking apps such as SpotHero can also be useful in an area like downtown Columbus. If using a service like that, please make sure to use the correct Hilton address: 401 North High Street, Columbus, OH.
