Individual sessions are available for fall semester; just schedule a time at http://meetme.so/smartlab. We use Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Biofeedback technology to monitor physical indicators of stress and teach techniques to reduce stress; the best part is that you get to see the techniques work in real time!
The mission of the SMART Lab is to teach and research the efficacy of stress management and resiliency skills for students. The lab provides a number of coaching, computer mediated learning, and group activity services for this purpose.
The SMART Lab is a partnership between the Office of Student Life Student Wellness Center and the Counselor Education program which is apret of the Depatment of Educational Studies in the College of Education and Himan Ecology at OSU.
