Dr. Hengyu Yu, received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Anhui University, Hefei, China, in June 2018, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha, in June 2023. He has been an OSU ECE WBG member since 2023 pursuing his research interests of Silicon Carbide power devices and power ICs, reliability and ruggedness of Silicon Carbide power devices, and their applications in power electronics.
