Food Waste Case Report
This past semester I took a class entitled “Climate Change and Human Health.” As one of the core classes for my jar I found this class stimulating and very relevant. For our end of the year project we were to write out a case report project about a major issue we face as country and how it impacts human health, climate change, or both. I wrote a paper entitled “How Food Waste in the U.S. is Impacting Human Health.” Research for this paper has inspired me to change many of my eating habits and has changed my view of our food production system. I have inserted a link to the case report below. It is particularly relevant to anyone looking to get involved with ending the food waste problem in the U.S. since it expands upon several ways to get involved with ending food waste.
