Introduction
I am currently a Senior Biostatistician of the Center for Biostatistics at The Ohio State University. In my position, I provide expertise in study design, data analysis, and data management to researchers throughout the Ohio State University Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Before this role, I was a Statistician at the Health Effects Laboratory Division of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the Injury Control Research Center at West Virginia University. I have collaborated extensively with clinical, basic, and population science researchers. My methodological expertise includes regression modeling (linear, logistic, Cox, Poisson, negative binomial), mixed models for longitudinal data, and repeated measurements. In addition, I am well versed in analyzing and managing large secondary data. I have been the primary statistical author on manuscripts using numerous national databases, cohort studies, and clinical trials, such as National Cancer Database (NCDB), Nationwide Readmissions Database (NRD), Jackson Heart Study (JHS), Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis (MESA), The Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) Study.
