Background
Dr. Odabas is a Data Research Scientist at the Center for Biostatistics (CfB) and the Clinical Translational Science Institute (CTSI). She has years of experience in software architecture and programming, and computer science teaching and mentoring. In her current role as the CTSI data navigator, she works closely with the data domain experts in SDC and elsewhere in the Ohio State University on various data sources available for healthcare research and helps guide inquiries from researchers about secondary data sources. She is also a data analyst in the Data Access, Analysis and Coordination (DAAC) division in CfB, providing data infrastructure support, coordination, management and analysis for funded projects and feasibility studies.
