Quarter-Scale Tractor Design Team

I am interested in getting involved with the Quarter-Scale Tractor Design Team because I want to develop my engineering and critical skills thinking with the real world. With this club, students design and build a small tractor for practical uses and competitions, and I can learn a lot about engines and vehicle design. Additionally, I am interested in Biological Engineering because I can learn about tractor uses in the real world to develop my knowledge in that area. With the experience I plan to get from this club, I will have a better overall understanding of engineering projects in the real world and contributing my knowledge and skills to a project.

Eagle Scout Project

As an Eagle Scout, my Eagle Scout project was a 96 square foot butterfly garden, which was designed and constructed for my elementary school in the spring of 2019. Elementary school students can admire the plants and animals as they walk to their classes, kindergarten uses it for their curriculum about butterflies, and other grades use it for a range of activities. My Eagle project is significant to me because it represents my Eagle Scout rank and what I had to accomplish to achieve it. Through my Eagle Project, I learned leadership, communication, and perseverance, among many other life skills, and I am taking what I have experienced with my Eagle Project and as an Eagle Scout to make an impact with everything I do.
