Solasta planners are setting a goal of simultaneously beautifying and optimizing the current residential and industrial districts.
They have successfully met the demand for such zones, allowing for steady population growth and economic development, but these areas have begun to fail, and at no fault of their own. A lack of raw materials, and, thus, goods has made it difficult for businesses to thrive. Traffic congestion and lack of outside connections also contribute to this problem. These districts are also densely packed with narrow streets, which threatens their ability to survive much longer. With such a large population and budget, Solasta planners now have the opportunity to focus resources on supporting commercial and industrial zones through the land use plans they draft. By creating more appealing open space, placing more restrictions on how densely zones can be packed, and researching the best land plots for specific industries and businesses, Solasta planners will work to give their residents the power to succeed in the workplace.
