Housing

Solasta planners are striving to create more diverse housing opportunities.

As they stand, residential neighborhoods are effectively connected with access to plentiful resources. Despite this, suburban areas have developed a “cookie cutter” nature; they are all similar in shape and layout. An opportunity for diversification arrives with the development of a unique downtown area, which will encourage planners to brainstorm new layouts for residential areas, perhaps mixed with commercial or office spaces to offer citizens even more convenience of location. Planners have identified overly dense residential areas as a source of traffic, inefficient garbage disposal, and sickness and recognize how this threatens Solasta communities. To diminish this threat and implement new ideas, planners will create more variety in residential zoning, use monuments and other unique attractions to diversify communities, and take to more creative habits in designing neighborhood layouts.
