It can be very hard making time for self-care especially if you have a busy schedule. In order to make time in your schedule for self-care practices you have to treat self-care with the same level of importance as any other event you have that day. But don’t go crazy with the self-care practices at first, you need to start with small manageable self-care activities that are easy to fit into your busy schedule. By doing this you are able to create a routine that you can modify anytime you need to. Self-care doesn’t always require a big chunk of your time, short consistent moments involving self-care can have a huge impact on your well-being.
