About Me

Wolfgang Sadee has published numerous papers in diverse fields, including genomics and pharmacogenomics applied to personalized therapeutics, biology of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infections, and opioid addiction and pain therapy. A recent main effort focuses on separating unwanted opioid adverse effects such as addiction and constipation, developing safer opioid analgesics, treating opioid use disorder, and preventing neonatal opioid withdrawal symptoms supported by a team at Aether Therapeutics and by collaborators at OSU and other universities.
