I’m a big fan of these u.osu.edu pages, and I’ve been using my personal page since the university adopted the system. However, it’s time to reboot and refresh this site to reflect what I do at the university now. In addition to teaching undergraduate courses full-time in health sciences and medical dietetics, I’m your friendly neighborhood tech support person. Whether you’re my student, a friend of my student, my colleague, or my boss, I’m happy to help you figure out that webpage, broken link, DUO problem, Zotero issue, Carmen hangup, you name it.
Nutrition informatics is the intersection of nutrition, information, and technology. And those of us who follow it are NIRDs (nutrition informatics registered dietitians). Follow my fellow NIRDs on Twitter here- https://twitter.com/thefactsmam/lists/nirds
I’ll use this blog to explain and expound on all things nutrition and technology. Have a look around, and I hope you find something useful.
