What are the eligibility requirements for being participating in the program?

To be considered for a summer internship, students must meet the following criteria:

  • A currently enrolled student within a Central Ohio school
  • A rising Junior or Senior (or equivalent credits)
  • An interest in a career in the field of education
  • A willingness to attend the entire program and to engage the entirety of the program
  • On track to graduate (based on credit hours earned)

When does the program take place and what is the time commitment?

The program will take place Monday, June 10, 2024 through Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 9a – 3p each day. Students will need to dedicate appropriately 20 hours total, which includes a 1-hour virtual pre-program orientation.

What is the cost of the program?

The program is free of cost!

What is the dress code for the program?

The dress code is business casual. For more ideas on what to wear, please visit this link. If you are concerned about the dress code or do not have access to business casual clothing, please contact us.

Is transportation provided?

Students are responsible for providing their own transportation. However, the program will cover the costs for parking passes or COTA bus passes. More information will be provided during the virtual orientation for those students who are selected.
