About Me

My name is Jack Rodman and I am very excited to be entering The Ohio State University College of Engineering. In High School, my continued interest and proficiency in the fields of physics and mathematics propelled me to choose aerospace engineering as my prospective major. I have always enjoyed creating new inventions and objects, which also naturally guided me down the path of engineering. When it comes to learning, I am pretty adaptable in that I can learn from lectures, videos, books, and hands on activities, but I always prefer to stay organized and get to know my teacher/professor . At Ohio State, I of course hope to graduate with a major in the field of Aerospace engineering and perhaps a minor in the field of aviation if time allows, and I intend to be deeply involved in the Honors program for al four years. One of the many meaningful experiences I carry with me from high school was the honor to be elected as the President of Student Council my Senior year. This position allowed me to develop as a leader and also led me to develop relationships with staff and students that I would have otherwise never known. For this very same reason, while my studies remain my top priority at OSU, I hope to get involved in as many of the wonderful clubs and teams as I Can!

GO BUCKS!
