Testing the validity of the positive emotionality subscale of the Children’s Behavior Questionnaire using Rasch analysis




This study aimed to evaluate validity of Children’s Behavior Questionnaire, especially, Smile/Laughter subscale, using Rasch analysis. With the sample of 127 children, we examined whether the items a)measured children’s Smile/Laughter behavior well; b)were well-distributed in terms of difficulty. The findings will suggest how to improve the perform.
