This video goes over the following ideas and commandsin Rhino 7:

  • using UNITS to change the units in the drawing if necessary
  • using LAYOUT to make a paperspace layout that you can set to a scale and lock
  • using OPTIONS to open up the options panel and change the ‘Annotation Styles’ to set up text, leaders, and dimensions.
  • using TEXT to add text to a drawing
  • using LEADER to add leaders to a drawing
  • using DIM to add dimensions to a drawing
  • using the Layers menu to change layer color, linetype, lineweight and print color
  • (SETLINETYPESCALE to scale the linetypes in the drawing if necessary)
  • using PRINT to export a pdf
