Creating Evaluations
Evaluations can have many workflows involving the preceptor. In order to create an evaluation select the Actions->Create Evaluation link in the top right corner of the Preceptor dashboard.
Submitting Evaluations
Evaluations are based around course so be mindful of the course you are doing an evaluation for a student. On This page select the course followed by the evaluation you wish to create. The evaluation will populate and can be filled out, saved, and submitted.
Viewing Evaluations
Evaluations may have many steps. In order to view the progress of a submitted evaluation you can do this via the preceptor dashboard by going to Actions->View Evaluations. You can filter this page by several filters at the top of the page. You can also view evaluations via this page and complete any that are at your stage for completion by clicking on the pencil icon when editable or the book icon when viewable.
It is important to note that you may not be able to access listed evaluations depending on the step and whether your role has access to viewing them.
