About Me

Hello, my name is Teddy Renner and I’m just a kid from Akron. I graduated from Copley High School in May of 2017 and now attend The Ohio State University. In March of this year I achieved my Eagle Scout Award and the process of achieving this award I learned how to work with and lead others. The Boy Scouts program also gave me an outlet to travel across the country and go on long camping trips in places such as Minnesota and New Mexico. Through these trips I gained a love for the outdoors and camping in general. I am also a huge sports fan and love all Northeast Ohio sports teams as well as The Ohio State University Buckeyes (of course). I am also a big movie buff and particularly love Quentin Tarantino movies such as Inglourious Basterds and Pulp Fiction. At The Ohio State University, I am a first year student studying biomedical engineering and plan on going to medical school after I achieve my undergraduate degree. At OSU, I am involved in the Humanitarian Engineering Scholars program and the Biomedical Engineering Society. I love helping other people and the Humanitarian engineering program allows for me to help others in the Columbus community.
