Trello is a task management and collaboration tool that can help organize the progression of your tasks. Through this technology, you can utilize cards and describe your tasks. You can then move your card depending on the stance of your task: need to do, started, and finished.

Advantages to this technology:

  • Move cards and be able to see your progress
  • Organized into categories of the stages of completing a task
  • Helpful for a visual learner/ Equivalent to crossing an item off your list

Disadvantages:

  • Can be difficult to see the progression of individual projects; more big picture
  • Does not emphasize deadlines as much or when to complete a project short-term.
