This website aims to be a tool for students of my Introduction to American Politics course as well for individuals interested in engaging in the day-to-day of American political science.
This website serves four purposes:
- Highlight current political events: It will feature weekly content that gathers current political news arranged around a certain topic, following the Introduction to American Politics course schedule.
- Provide written commentary on those events: I will post semi-regularly about current political events or resources.
- Engage readers in civil political discussions and active participation in politics: I invite your discussion and comments. Because of the sometimes controversial and polarized nature of American politics, I ask that all adhere to the site’s code of conduct. These guidelines were assembled from a variety of resources around the web.
- Showcase my personal research: As a student of politics and aspiring academic professor, this site will showcase my personal research and teaching projects.
Please feel free to contact me with any comments or questions that you may have using the contact page.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
