The final iteration of our Business Model Canvas came as a result of criticism and changed in our initial plan. Originally, the plan was to be an all-in-one delivery service with service from grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc. Then, we realized that we were trying to tackle too broad of a task and scaled down to just food. We then eliminated highly customizable food options and after some minor tweaks, ended up with our final product.
Foodr is a service that delivers basic food in 6 minutes. Food would be pre-prepared by restaurants and kept in temperature-controlled cars that would be driving around the streets of the city, similar to Uber. when an order is placed via an app, a driver goes to the location and delivers the food quickly and easily. There would be a service fee tacked on, but remains affordable.
