Quantitative Psychology Program

Quantitative psychology aims to investigate psychological research questions from statistical and mathematical perspective. Beginning with classical test theory (CTT), more and more psychometric theories have been proposed, which allows us to study psychology more systematically and objectively.

In quantitative psychology program at OSU, students will develop an expertise in quantitative methods of psychological phenomena. With great faculty across various areas, students are able to choose courses based on their own interest.  In addition, flexible options are also provided when students decide their minor or dual degree. Quantitative psychology program seminar is held every Monday. Outstanding current literatures, research of current graduate students, and other related topics are discussed in the seminar.
