Business Model

The team’s goal is to provide students better access to a greater variety of healthy food options on campus. According to the secondary research, eliminating physical, mental, and social health ailments are keys to academic success. Healthier food leads to improved productivity, more energy among students, and greater creative potential.

1st and 2nd year undergraduate students are currently affected most by campus dining options. Any changes made would be felt by this group the most. Since these students experience campus food the most often, they are the primary concern and focus for any solutions the team works toward. However, it is possible that other students -such as 3rd and 4th year undergraduates as well as graduate students- could be the focus of future solutions that deal with giving these students better access to university sponsored food that is not necessarily on campus, or a solution that made eating healthy on campus easier.
