WHO: Local health clinics that already serve low SES families would adopt this intervention.
HOW: This intervention provides a more “patient-oriented” approach to increasing vaccination rates among low SES populations in large U.S. cities, which have some of the lowest child vaccination rates. In addition to providing vaccinations free of cost, the clinic will also provide up to date information about the child (current height, weight, picture) and other additional information such as home safety, how to prevent childhood injuries, developmental milestones, services available at the clinic, and parenting skills.
