What you have done?
The Hackathon schedule is pretty much set, so I will be able to avoid last year’s mistake of coming when there were fewer students. Knowing the schedule allows me to plan when I will be able to conduct the interviews. Ideally, asking participants about the Hackathon while they are taking a break is best – I won’t accidentally interrupt their thought process right when they may be making a breakthrough solution, or irritating them with a question after many other interruptions have occurred unbeknownst to me. So the schedule shows that right before lunch and any time in the afternoon would be a good time to catch participants who are not attending the tech talks.
Only a few students stay for judging, and because of that my Client Julia wanted an additional question in the Exit Survey to find out why.
