Danny’s historical insights were very useful to understand the scope and potential of all HackOHI/O events. As methods of education change and online delivery becomes more prevalent; as data visualization uncovers students’ trouble spots and also their successful ways of learning; and as events such as hackathons and makeathons become common, these experiential, hands-on events may shape the future of learning in profound ways. I thanked him for his participation and as we all work together in the coming month, I feel he has helped shape this Practicum report in very constructive ways.
