Ohio State University Postdoc Association and VWR 2025 Fall Vendor Show

Graduate students, researchers, postdoctoral scholars, faculty, and staff in purchasing positions are invited to the 2025 PDA/VWR Fall Vendor Show to learn about what’s new in reagents, supplies and research techniques. Attendees will also be entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes.
During the 2024 vendor show, participants had the opportunity to engage with more than 30 suppliers, and learn about their emerging products and technologies that support biological, biomedical, and clinical sciences research. Details for the 2025 vendor show are included below:
When: October 7, 2025, 10:30AM – 01:30PM
Where: Biomedical Research Tower, Room 115, 460 W 12th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210
Attire for attendees: Do you want to try your luck for winning gift cards and other awesome prizes? We will hold a theme for the vendor show. Check back closer to the date for more details.
Cost to register for vendors: The cost of reserving a booth for this event is $500 for an individual table or $750 for a double table space. Unloading instructions for vendors: There is a loading zone/ dock area between the Biomedical Research Tower and Tzagournis Research Facility (see Google Maps link here). You can pull in here to unload before you park, if needed. There will be volunteers from the Postdoc Association who will assist with unloading to help this move as quickly as possible. The Postdoc Association will let parking services know about the event so they do not ticket anyone during the unloading period. We still ask that you keep your hazard lights on while in the loading dock area. Vehicles will need to be moved after unloading to one of the nearby parking facilities.
Room will be available for set up starting at 8:30 AM, and we have it reserved until 2:00PM. Individuals from the PDA will be available to assist with tear down.

Hotels:
There are many hotels close by on Olentangy River Road: Fairfield Inn, Holiday Inn, Residence Inn, Staybridge Suites, Mariott, Hampton Inn, and Hilton Garden Inn. Google “Olentangy River Rd Hotels” and all these should show up!
