Power of Home is a collaborative partnership between John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University (OSU), the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and Framework Homeownership.
Through a first-of-its-kind pilot program, we aim to support OHFA’s first-time homeowners on the edge of the middle-class by giving them the tools they need to increase homeownership sustainability.
Homeowners will have access to free resources and tools via Framework’s digital app, Keep, and will be able to participate in OSU’s longitudinal research, evaluating the impact of the program on homeowner health.
