Hello ESEPSY1159

Once again welcome to my blog for the final module. This module talks about how we can stay being motivated. Most of the time, I found it difficult to stay motivated to complete some specific tasks which I know most students go through similar problems. Motivation has two forms that are extrinsic(consists of the external stuff that things outside your body) and intrinsic forms ( things inside that are related to your own personal interest and growth). You always have to find something that keeps you motivated in life to achieve a specific task and for me, My biggest motivation is to become a medical doctor. It is funny but whenever I have a difficult task to complete, I always remind myself that “all this hard work you are putting in will eventually pay off in the future when you finally achieve your goal of becoming a doctor.” This sentence keeps me going all the time. In addition to the above, our environment plays a key role in our motivation. It is very important to be a place that limits distractions such as noise, digital distractions, people, etc. For me, I prefer a very serene environment whiles studying and I usually off my phone too. Stress is something that happens a lot of time whiles completing a task. In order to eliminate it, it is important to pay attention to that particular stressor, accept it and work on it. Working on it can include seeking help from counselors, taking breaks, doing yoga, stretching, and relaxing as well as having an adequate amount of sleep.
