Livestock exhibitors who sold market animals at the fair can pick their checks up this weekend at these times:Friday, September 15 from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. at the Fair Board office
OR
Saturday, September 16 from 9:30 a.m. – noon at the Fair Board office.
QUESTIONS are to be directed to the Fair Board; they can be reached at 740-289-9194. The Extension office is NOT aware of any other arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS to pick up checks:
1. youth must be present
2. must bring “Thank You” cards that are STAMPED and PROPERLY ADDRESSED (or) show a picture of cards already mailed
You can come to the lobby of the Extension and Fair Board offices to see your buyer list in the binder any time during normal business hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. You may take a photo of your list to use when writing thank-you notes. Our office cannot send out the buyer list.
