Through ESLTECH and the readings given in the class I have learned how to better manage my time and show the effort I have put into my work. I realized through some of the articles that most of the time I am not managing my time efficiently. I’ve gained many new ways to manage my time and it has helped me out tremendously.

From this class I have learned so much more about citations. We are required to cite our resources for each reading response, and by doing this I am becoming much more comfortable using citations in my work. Also it has made me start finding more things online that I will have to cite in my other classes.

• I have become much more comfortable with online classes, assignments, and group work after taking this class. With readings and videos that have been assigned I have learned how to successfully learn and participate online.
• I have figured out better note taking strategies. These strategies have not only helped me with this class, but also with my other classes. I learned that I need to be in a better environment to study and to have questions before looking at the material I will be taking notes on.
• Discussing a class online with other people. Every week we have online discussions with our classmates and this class has made it much more comfortable for me to do this.
