    1. How many one-handed people are there?
      1. Is there any trend in the number of one-handed people within the population?
    2. Are there any common kitchen-related accidents or injuries that occur in one-handed individuals?
    3. How many injuries occur in the kitchen that is related to one-hand users?
  2. Current Events
    1. Have there been any recent innovations in the realm of kitchen tools that are targeted towards one-hand users?
    2. Any current or ongoing research into this area?
  3. Standards & Best Practices
    1. Any regulations created by OSHA or other regulatory bodies?
    2. Are there any culinary procedures that must be followed regardless of physical condition?
    3. Are there any standards for training recent amputees to adapt to doing daily tasks with one hand?
    4. Are there any industry-accepted best practices for one-handed people?
  4. Current Products:
    1. What current products help one-handed people in the kitchen.
    2. Are they easily used by people with two hands?
    3. Are they expensive compared to the regular version of the product?
    4. Are they specifically for left or right hands, or ambidextrous?
