User Survey and Results
The group sent out a survey to the Central Ohio Food Truck Association (COFTA) listserv to poll owners of food trucks in the Columbus area to try and gain a better understanding of what issues are faced in the day to day operation of a food truck, as well as to see if some of our initial assumptions about problem areas were accurate.
Key Points from Survey questions:
- Most businesses only have 1 food truck in operation
- Over 50% have a permanent menu display
- In every response, the food truck takes longer than 20 minutes to clean
